In the process of deciding whether or not to proceed with the case, if the Prad Viwak considers it necessary to collect additional evidence or to inquire with a person, it may instruct the Court of Inquiry to collect and send such evidence or to send it after questioning such person.
(2) If there is a direction as per sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of the Court of Inquiry to comply with such direction.
